Important update: UKSFA Workshop and Celebration Dinner 18 June 2025
UKSFA is inviting members to a very special, one-off FREE event on Wednesday 18 June 2025, entitled, ‘Beyond Compliance: How Flooring Can Take Control of its Circular Economy Future.’
In light of the many pressures our sector is facing at the moment, we’ve reshaped our original two-day conference at Cranage Hall, into a focused one-day event; packed with vital sector updates, key guest speakers, and interactive workshops – all free for members to attend in person, however online attendance can be arranged.
For this year only, members can also attend a free Celebration Dinner on the evening of 18 June 2025 – which includes overnight accommodation, also free of charge for members. This is to mark the re-brand of our trade body from Carpet Recycling UK (CRUK), to the UK Sustainable Flooring Alliance (UKSFA).
UKSFA Workshop Day
We’d like to thank our members, Condor, who are our headline sponsors for this exclusive event.
This one-off event for 2025 will help familiarise our members with the new UKSFA branding, explain our plans for the future and how you can help shape them, and update you on developments that will affect us all in the very near future.
We’re also welcoming non-members to the evening Celebration Dinner (including overnight accommodation), for a special rate of £150+VAT.
Early bird tickets are available – book in May for just £100+VAT.
This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to:
- Hear from leading voices from the UK Government, and other key spokespeople from WRAP, Valobat, and Resource Futures
- Be part of shaping the future of sustainability in our sector
- Learn more about the new UKSFA brand, our governance changes, and what’s next for the Alliance
- Connect with fellow members and non-members at our UKSFA Celebration Dinner in the evening – (also free for members)
Speakers include:
- Adam Thompson MP, Chair of All Party Parliamentary Furniture Industry Group (APPFIG)
- Jordan Girling, WRAP – ‘A positive approach to EPR’
- Stephanie Jacob, Valobat – ‘EPR Scheme Insights’
- Max Goodliffe, Resource Futures – ‘Take Back Research’
- Mike Dobson, UKSFA – ‘Data is the Key to Success’
