1.1 The website www.uksustainableflooringalliance.com (the “Website”) is operated by the UK Sustainable Flooring Alliance (“UKSFA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a membership organisation dedicated to promoting sustainability in the flooring industry.

In the event of conflict, the specific terms prevail for that transaction.

3.1 You must use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

indirect or consequential loss or damage.
14.3 Subject to 14.1 and 14.2, our total aggregate liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to £100 (one hundred pounds) or, where you have purchased Services from us, the total amount paid by you for those Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability (whichever is greater).
