After 2 years of development, they have released a new product to market called ‘Recover’ which is available in sheet and tile and offers a FULLY RECYCLABLE SOLUTION.
Recover is a single polymer solution, made from up to 80% recycled material which is GRS accredited (global recycled standard). The product is lightweight, durable, castor chair tested and tested for heavy commercial contract use. It also offers high thermal and acoustic properties and EPD’s (Environmental Product Declarations) showing a very low impact product in manufacture.

A recent project was completed at Dorchester Primary School where circulation areas and corridors have been refurbished with Rawson Carpet Solution’s ‘Recover’ highly sustainable fully recyclable carpet Tile. Colours of natural grey and protect blue were chosen to promote a fresh and new modern feel to the areas. Rawson Carpet Solutions released ‘Recover’ to the market this year and recently promoted the attributes of the product at the Carpet Recycling UK conference.
The Recover installation helps to promote a quiet comfortable learning space. The subtle pastel colour range offers choice, and the polyester fibres are soft underfoot and comfortable for seating areas for the children at the school. The product is surely the way forward with regard to a sustainable education facility carpet choice. Working with the product was highly commended by fitters who say that the lightweight boxes make material delivery easier and cutting and working with the product to be very easy too.
