Many of our network will know the significance of the relationship between Carpet Recycling UK (CRUK) and Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE).  For those who do not, CRUK was influenced in its foundation by the achievements of CARE.  In fact the two organisations have been linked through membership since 2010, and we have benefited from the expertise and knowledge of their Directorship and recycling network.

In April 2023, Adnan will visit and present at the CARE Annual Conference, a first for CRUK, and we are delighted to accept the invitation and return the favour of CARE Executive Director Bob Peoples who has taken the time to visit CRUK’s conference and address its delegates several times.

CRUK will represent its membership at the 2-day CARE conference in Orlando, and use the opportunity not only to address the conference on latest challenges and achievements in the UK, but also to learn from CARE’s network.

Adnan says: “ It’s a real honour for me to be invited by Bob to introduce CRUK to CARE’s board of directors and wider membership in the US. We have learnt so much from Bob since he has been coming to the UK and this presents an opportunity to learn more about how CARE operates and the issues affecting the US market”.

CARE is the Carpet America Recovery Effort.
