Every year we invite the industry to get together at our Annual Conference, Dinner and Awards ceremony. We typically attract key personnel from the leading manufacturers, recyclers, distributors, consultants and academics working throughout the sector across the world. Speaking and presenting at the event will maximise industry exposure, raising your profile and providing excellent opportunities for networking and collaboration within the carpet and textile flooring industry.
CRUK are inviting participants planning to attend the forthcoming Conference in July to submit papers and technical presentations for inclusion at the event. If you would like to contribute, please submit your paper for consideration to: julie@carpetrecyclinguk.com
Presentations will be allocated 15–20-minute slots and will be highlighted in the Conference Programme schedule. CRUK are particularly interested in showcasing presentations looking at the following topics:
- Use of circularity
- Take-back schemes
- Re-use, in the charity sector
- Latest initiatives on designing products for recycling
- Technical breakthroughs in R&D
- EPR schemes
- Policies on waste handling
The event will once again be held at voco, St John’s Solihull on the 10th and 11th July 2024. The deadline for submission of papers to be considered for the technical programme is on Friday 22nd March.
