The Nonwovens Network UK has announced its Annual Dinner and Seminar which will take place on 2nd December 2021, and you can view details here Nonwovens Network events.
Carpet Recycling UK’s Adnan Zeb-Khan has been invited to attend and is looking forward to networking with the Nonwovens Network members, looking for opportunities for Carpet Recycling UK members and to learn more about the Nonwovens sector.
Andy Hall, MD of Anglo Recycling Technology and Non-executive Director of Carpet Recycling UK, will present on “Reducing waste to landfill through recycling textile waste streams into value products for diverse nonwoven market applications”.
According to Simon Macaulay, Chairman of Anglo, “Anglo Recycling have supported the Nonwovens Network for the last 20 or so years. It was set up entirely voluntarily by outstanding and committed staff from Leeds University Textiles department such as Christine Wilkinson who saw the need for academic ideas to be mixed with the nonwovens business expertise of leaders such as Andrew Leather in the Yorkshire Lancashire corridor”.
Members of the Nonwovens Network were invited to promote and update everyone with ‘what’s going on in their businesses’. Those who have taken up the offer this year will give their presentations in Members Corner.
