Cathie Clarke

Cathie joined UKSFA on the 1st Jul 2024 as their new CEO. She has a track record running membership and trade organisations in the construction industry. Prior to joining CRUK Cathie served as Chief Executive of the Single Ply Roofing Association. Cathie will work with the Board, the CRUK team and all its members to ensure a robust and resilient organisation that can develop and deliver an ambitious strategy to support, influence and educate all stakeholders on sustainable solutions for textile and resilient flooring.
Adnan Zeb-Khan

Project Manager
Adnan has a wealth of waste management experience spanning over 20 years. He has worked in both the private and public sector on projects ranging from developing waste management strategies through to designing collection services and recycling centres. In his role at UKSFA (formerly Carpet Recycling UK), he is working to support technical innovation and take carpet recycling into new market sectors. Adnan holds Chartered Membership of the Institution of Wastes Management and has a degree in Manufacturing Management plus a Prince 2 Project Management qualification.
Sheryle Primett

Office Executive
Sheryle joined the UKSFA as Office Executive in March 2025, bringing over a decade of experience supporting trade associations, members, Board of directors, and executive teams. With a background in the construction and motor industries, she manages all of the office-based activities such as CRM, membership communications, enquiries, PR and social media. Governance, Membership Advisory Groups and UKSFA Working Groups
UKSFA has a number of Member Advisory Groups which allow members from similar sectors (manufacturers and raw materials suppliers – contract installers – retailers – recycler and reuse) to come together to discuss issues affecting their sector, and to feed up to the Board and Executive Team.
Members are also encouraged to be part of Working Groups that are established to address specific industry issues, policies and organisation governance or to manage and direct UKSFA projects.
